Move templates and documents between workspaces

If you have more than one workspace, you can move a template or document to another workspace as needed. In this article you will learn who to move templates and documents between workspaces

Move templates

1. Go to Templates  > Navigate to the template you wish to move.
2. Click on the action menu > Move to...
3. Select a target workspace > Move.

Done! Your template is now moved to the selected workspace.

Move documents

The process of moving documents to other workspaces is similar to moving templates. 

1. Go to Documents > Navigate to the document you wish to move.
2. Click on the action menu > Move to...
3. Select a target workspace  > Move.

Done! Your document is now moved to the selected workspace.

INFORMATION
You need to have permission to move templates/documents in both source and target workspaces. Only workspaces with the corresponding permissions will be available to you.
