Troubleshooting

I cannot create a contract using my Sympa HR account, but my colleagues can.

If this occurs, please check the following:

  • The email address you use to create the contract is registered in Oneflow within your organization’s Oneflow account. 

  • All contract participants  have unique contact information (email address and phone number.) 

  • The colleague you added to the contract as a participant is a valid Oneflow user within your organization’s Oneflow account. 

  • You have access to the template and workspace with the IDs specified in the Sympa HR template you are using for creating the contract. Please, read more about the Sympa HR template here.

I am not able to locate my contract in Oneflow.

If this occurs, please check the following:

  • Open the Sympa HR template that you used for creating the contract and verify the Oneflow workspace ID. This is where your contract should reside. Please, find out how to find your workspace ID in the Sympa HR template here.
