Getting started with Oneflow x Zapier Integration

Zapier x Oneflow allows you to connect Oneflow to over 5,000 apps, automating workflows with customizable triggers and actions for managing contracts. Pre-built templates provide a seamless way to transfer data from other platforms directly into Oneflow contracts.

Prerequisites

  • You need to be a Oneflow administrator to generate the API token.
Note:
If you are not an administrator, ask your Oneflow administrator for assistance to perform the one-time configuration in your Zapier account.

Enable the integration

To use the Zapier x Oneflow integration, you will need to perform the following as a one-time setup process.

  1. Log in to your Oneflow account as an administrator.
  2. From the side panel, select Marketplace.
  3. Click on the Zapier integration.

  4. Activate the Zapier integration by clicking on the Enable button.

  5. An API token will be displayed. Save the API token in a secure location for future reference.

Connect to Zapier

  1. Go to https://zapier.com/app/zaps and click + Create to create a new Zap.
  2. Choose a suitable trigger, an event that starts the Zap. e.g., Your CRM system.
  3. Choose a suitable event according to the selected trigger. e.g When an Opportunity is updated in your CRM system.
  4. Select and configure a Oneflow action. This is an event a Zap performs after its trigger condition is met (i.e. A suitable action could be to create a Oneflow Contract).
  5. Search for the ‘Oneflow’ app in the app search bar and select it.
  6. Choose a Oneflow event from the Event drop-down and click on the Account tab.

  7. Choose an existing Oneflow account or connect a new one using the + Connect a new account button at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

  8. When connecting a new account, Zapier will then request access to your Oneflow account in a pop-up window. Provide the API token you saved earlier, then click on the ‘Yes, Continue to Oneflow‘ button to connect your account.

    Note:
If your browser has disabled popup windows, click on the Pop-ups blocked icon that appears in the URL bar, then select " allow pop-ups" to open the authentication window.
  9. The connected account will appear on the top of the chosen account drop-down menu.

  10. Once the setup is done, You are now ready to work with Oneflow actions. Click on the Actions tab to configure your action (i.e. Create contract, get contract details).
  11. Finally, you may test your action in the Test tab to ensure the action works as intended.
Note:
Multiple accounts can be connected for multiple actions within a single zap.
