Download signed contracts

If you enable this feature, the signed version of the contract will be automatically uploaded to SuperOffice once all signatories in your contract have signed. You can then download the signed contract as a PDF directly from SuperOffice.

Enable the save signed contracts feature

  1. Log in to SuperOffice as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to an existing Sale, Company, or Contact.
  3. Click on the Oneflow Contract tab, then click on Oneflow Settings.
  4. Click on the Save signed PDFs tab.
  5. Enable the Save signed contracts as PDFs to SuperOffice toggle.

Download the signed contract

Once all participants marked as signatories have signed, you can download the signed contract as a PDF.

  1. Navigate to the Sale, Company, or Contact from which you created the contract.
  2. Click on the Activities tab.
  3. Locate the activity stating that the Oneflow contract has been signed by all signatories and double-click on it.

    I.e. "<contract name> has been signed by all signatories and is attached to the [Sale/Company/Contact]."
  4. Click on the Open button, then click Read to save the PDF.Alternatively, you can download the signed contract file from the Find Document feature in SuperOffice.
