Setting up the integration
“Please try to re-setup the HiBob integration in Oneflow.”
- Go back to the HiBob integration in Oneflow, and click on the Setup button to reauthenticate.
- Redo the steps in Configure the HiBob integration.
“Please enter a valid HiBob service user ID and user token.”
- Ensure that your HiBob service user ID and service user token are correct and valid.
- Redo the steps in Get the HiBob service user ID and token.
After signing a contract
Failure to create employee on HiBob
- Duplicate the contract, fill in any missing fields in the contract, and sign the contract again.
- Ensure the necessary permissions are enabled. Redo the steps in Configure permission groups for service users.
- Alternatively, upload the signed contract as a PDF to the Confidential Docs folder in the employee's profile in HiBob.
Failure to update employee on HiBob
- Ensure the employee you are trying to update exists in HiBob (i.e. the Employee ID entered in the data field needs to exist in HiBob).
- Ensure the necessary permissions are enabled. Redo the steps in Configure permission groups for service users.
- Duplicate the contract, fill in any missing fields in the contract, and sign the contract again.
Failure to upload Oneflow contract to HiBob
- Ensure the necessary permissions are enabled. Redo the steps in Configure permission groups for service users.
- Reduce the file size of the contract and retry by signing the contract again.
- Alternatively, upload the signed contract as a PDF to the Confidential Docs folder in the employee's profile in HiBob.
Failed to create or update an employee due to an unauthorized error
- Refresh the HiBob service user ID & token. Redo the steps in Configure the HiBob integration.
